1. Realistic Character Build

All characters must follow realistic body proportions:

• No exaggerated or gimmick stats like 7'4", 95 lbs.

• Height and weight must make sense physically and visually.

• If you’re unsure if your character fits within our realism-focused vision, contact a staff member before signup.

2. Human Characters Only

To maintain realism and production consistency, we are only allowing human-based characters at this time.

• This includes wrestlers based in reality—even if they are fictional personas.

• Alien, supernatural, animalistic, or outlandish characters are not currently permitted without permission.

• Please consult with staff if you are unsure if your idea fits our standards

3. Texture Sharing for Cross-Platform Use

We proudly support PC, PS4, and Xbox ONE, with plans to recreate characters for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

• To ensure visual consistency across generations, you must provide all custom textures, images, logos, or design files used on your character’s gear.

• This enables our design team to accurately recreate your character for future shows.

4. Custom Music, Trons, & Branding

We Will not use Songs that are not produced by us due to licensing concerns (Whether Royalty Free or Copyrighted). All Entrance Music must be made by CAPITAL Wrestling for our Recorded and Livestream shows, as our videos will be on several streaming platforms and social media. We made this decision early on, so we can protect our videos from copyright strikes and DMCAs. This includes your own custom music or videos which would be considered 3rd Party. Even if you own the rights, CAPITAL Wrestling does not, and will not use music or videos we do not have original licenses/trademarks to.
 

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do use Generative AI Technology to produce Theme Music. We do have some alternative options for Theme Music that are NOT AI.

This rule is Non-negotiable.

Every CAPITAL Wrestling character will receive:

• Custom entrance music

• Custom entrance video/tron

• Custom logos or branding

These are provided at no cost to you and help avoid copyright or trademark violations on YouTube and Twitch.

• All music and video content is licensed and trademarked by CAPITAL Wrestling.

• You will be involved in the creative process—selecting music genre, tone, and even lyric suggestions.

• You’ll receive multiple options to choose from before finalization.

The more details of the type of Music Genre, Lyrics, Songs you like that you would like something similar would be helpful creating your new Theme music. Please note it will not be exactly the same, or close to the song you send us, but we will do everything we can to match the style, sound, and lyrics. (Instrumental is okay too! We can do both!)

For Entrance videos, we are creating All original VFX/GFX videos ourselves. The more description you can provide the better, including the style of the video, Fonts or Logos, Colors (Two to Three) that fit your character.

🛑 Note: If you leave CAPITAL Wrestling, you may not use the music or videos unless you license them from us via a one-time USD payment. We’ll then provide the full, high-quality assets for music and video directly to you.

5. Promo Voices – AI or Real

• If you do not voice your character, we will assign an AI voice.

• You may write your promos, and we’ll generate the audio using that script.

• If your character is voiced, you will be notified during a show’s production cycle to record and submit your voice lines (or record with us via Discord).

6. Show Structure & Booking

• Shows are pre-recorded (in Rare events Livestreamed) in batches called “Cycles.”

• Each cycle includes multiple episodes. Bookings will be released weekly for promo (RP) purposes.

• Results of matches and segments will be kept secret until the show airs to preserve suspense and excitement.

7. Moveset and Finisher Policy

• You are free to build your own moveset and play style.

• Please make your moveset file available to us for match production.

• You must clear your finishing move(s) with staff to avoid duplicates across characters.

  • Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.

  • Signature moves may also need approval depending on uniqueness.

8. Promo & Event Guidelines

• No references to killing your opponent.

• Do not devalue:

  • The Championships/Champion (No "Paper Champion" mentioning without approval for a storyline)

  • CAPITAL Wrestling shows or events

  • Fellow characters, staff, or the promotion itself

We encourage intensity and edge, but not disrespect or character assassination in promos.

9. OVERALL/CAPITAL RATING System

CAPITAL Wrestling will be using an innovative system called "Ratings" that will help determin and grow your character's WWE2K25 Overall score.

• All character/s will start at or above 70.

• Initial scores will be based on the design and style of your character, type of fighting style, and our staff's decision.

• You will have multiple ways to improve and rise the ratings (which will improve the overall for your character/s),

  • Such as attending shows on Youtube and Twitch (participating in their chats), RP through Discord, Participating in Discord Chat, Cutting Promos on time for bookings, Developing ideas for your characters and matches, pitching storyline ideas, proting shows, and your character/s on social media, fan/viewer reaction to your character/s, Wins and Losses (Though these will hardly affect your ratings more than a point or two). You can lose points as well, such as behaving poorly behind the scenes, not participating often, or your character needing improvements. 

• The Rating system/Overall must be followed to participate with CAPITAL Wrestling. This is Mandatory.

10. There Is No Crying in Wrestling

CAPITAL Wrestling is a bold, edgy, and occasionally controversial universe.

• All content is produced for entertainment purposes.

• If you're offended by something on-screen, talk to a staff member privately.

• We want everyone to have fun, while also embracing the shock and awe of wrestling storytelling.

11. Creative Collaboration

We value your input and ideas.

• If you disagree with how your character is being booked, you are encouraged to:

  • Check your Character's CAPTIAL Wrestling Rating

  • Reflect on what you're doing well

  • Identify areas to improve

  • Bring your ideas to the table

• Speak with our staff—we’ll always listen, and we strive to be fair to all talent.

“If you’re unhappy with how you're being used, come with ideas, not complaints.”

12. Locker Room Leaders, Not Lone Wolves

Behind the scenes, this is a team environment.

• Help inspire others, collaborate, and build rivalries and stories that elevate everyone.

• If you isolate or refuse to work with others, it will reflect in how your character is used on shows.
